The Background
Auto dealerships turn down hundreds of potential customers because of bad credit. Most never return, because of the embarrassment and frustration they felt. Fierce Auto Marketing wanted to capitalize on this niche market. They implement a credit repair program in each dealership and then return the credit-ready buyer to the dealership for a lead generation referral fee paid by the dealership.
The Challenge
Federal and state laws are very strict surrounding the credit repair industry. Fierce Auto was able to create a model which insulated the dealerships from complaints. The prospective customers receive the credit repair at no cost to them. They simply take advantage of the credit restoration program and return to the dealership for a VIP experience that includes discounts only available to "Fierce Credit" customers.
The Brand
While the end user of the program are the customers with poor credit, it's the Dealerships who are the main target market for Fierce Auto Marketing. The main hot buttons of the dealerships are more sales, quicker approvals and customer retention.
The custom font combines the feelings of speed, stability and credibility. The icon integrates the "F" and "A" in a collaborative feel, reaching for a solution. While the round part echoes the shape of a steering wheel, or tire, the It was created and may stand alone as needed.
The brand speaks to the predominantly male-dominated, high-testosterone driven industry.
